As usual Allie, I love what you're doing. This block is yummy! & yes I love playing with small projects & frequently get side tracked by them. They can feel so rewarding to get something finished!

I played with your block picture, looking at it V, H, upside down, etc. in Photoshop. To me it looks so very nurturing, like a little nest or basket, the way you have posted it here, which appeals to me. Love your flower embellishments. You ARE the flower queen, aren't you!???!!!
This is a lovely block, the fabrics are so rich. I look forward to seeing it develope.
