Breakfast with Barbara

Blogging friend Barbara Curiel, of Thinking Out Loud, was in Portland this week-end with her lovely daughter...and we had the pleasure of meeting up for breakfast this morning.
We each brought some of our work to show and tell, and she gave me a lovely bag of goodies to sew with...it was just so wonderful to see her and meet her daughter too.

This picture was taken especially for JoWynn....we are waving to YOU, friend.
But we send our greetings to all our blogging circle of stitchers, too.
Cheers!

Hi Allie,
I'm back home again. Thanks for the fun visit and for the goodie bag. I got a closer look at all the wonderful lace, and I especially like the tiny one that looks like a fern.

Boy, it's a long drive, but we had good weather and a smoooth trip.

A great picture; I especially like that shirt! It's not too frou-frou at all. Happy Easter, Allie.
