Reunited, and it feels so good!

THEY FOUND IT!!!!!!!

Information as to where is kind of sketchy...in a bag in a closet somewhere...
I truly thought I would never see this quilt again and I am very, very happy!

Thanks to C & T for handling the situation with such sensitivity, and then coming through with such a happy ending!

  16. Dear Miss Allie, What great news! I am so glad for you and it's so nice to see your happy smile again.
It's human nature to wonder about how or why these unfortunate things happen to good people, but then I always say "Why ask why?" Instead, just know and believe that "Nothing is Really lost in the Universe" And so it is.
Love and Hugs to you, ~Ing

  17. Bev, micro-chipping is an awesome idea!

No matter who's closet this was in I am so happy that it is home safe and sound once again! Unless you crazy quilt, you have NO idea of the hours in a piece like this!

So happy for the happy ending!

May the other ladies quilts come home too!

  20. SO, SO glad to hear it!! I'm betting "they" were unpacking in preparation for this year's show. I wonder if "they" will find Sharon Schlotzhauer's quilt in October, when they start prepping for Houston?

SO glad to know you've been reunited. Looks like spring time has really come to your place!!
