Still, it has been fun to work my way towards the foreground of the image. Another day or two of stitching in the shade here (it's been blazing hot in the Northwest this week) and I should be ready for the next step, which is attaching the borders....

ReplyDeleteOn a more cheerful note - I think you've struck just the right balance between bringing out the details and leaving well alone! There is just enough texture and not too much.
It is absolutely amazing and gorgeous! I am drooling over all the details!

Very pretty, Allie. Do you think you could do a real close up of one of the corners so we could see the details? Hope you've cooled off; we sure have! I was freezing yesterday.....
